Does anyone know who this Liz Truss is? The one claiming that Tory governments have failed on economic delivery?

The only Liz Truss I’ve heard of is the Tory MP who voted in favour of every Budget since 2010 and who as Chief Secretary to the Treasury, was responsible for formulating government economic policy for 2 years.

But who is this other Liz Truss? Is it the one who was a LibDem before she turned to the blue side, the one Sunak questioned? Anyone??
