Sink their fleet? Sadly not even that will work against SLCM and ALCM.
The thing is, there are no official sanctions agains the export of Russian grain. What is happening is they are unable to get commercial companies to take it. I can't see how this deal facilitates that. And if they are going to lob missiles at the ships in port then there is even less chance.
And if there is nothing in it for these ***, why would they play ball?

Plan A was to demine various corridors
get the Ukrainians to know them and sale along them
clear floaters ( hmm)
not shell any of the ships
which I thought was a long ask, consdiering they are at each others throats.
