Johnson will be a permanent nightmare for the new P/M.
Johnson wants revenge on Sunak whose resignation triggered a ministerial exodus leading to the ousting of Johnson.
Truss will face the same resentment, as attention seeking Boris tries to keep in the headlines. Wish he would ssip of back to America where he came from and join Trump, another one who loves the limelight.
.
William Hague penned an interesting piece in The Times today, showing that history reveals that virtually every PM has not only hated his or her successor, but many have spent their remaining time either moaning about them, or actively trying to scupper their premiership.
It will be interesting to see if Boris follows suit.
Think The Times, William Hague and andy-hughes make a powerful point. My own humble view is that Johnson will make a comeback. Trite posts, like that addressed to Khandro from J,Davis (are you a personal friend of Johnson?) are so infantile they're worthless.
The Darius Guppy yarn is 15 years' old. Can't you find something vaguely contemporary? And, as Johnson will be vacating his role in September, do you not think it pointless to go on and on about Boris?
Times article not that good

I doubt if any of you will watch this because it's 43 minutes long, but Tim Montgomerie says many things of which I have to, in some cases, reluctantly admit I am in agreement with, perhaps notably that Thatcher saw her appointment to being PM as a 'beginning', & Boris saw it as an 'end'.
An extremely interesting interview, made just before the resignation;
Khandro,
You are correct that I will not watch a 43 minute video by Tim Montgomerie.
Montgomerie was appointed a special advisor by Johnson, so hardly the most impartial of obsrvers.
