There was no alcohol in her system, despite a bottle of vodka being in the car. No alcohol at all.

Truth be told I’d never even heard of her until the headlines.
That aside, it’s sad that it’s as a result of drugs etc, just be thankful that some other innocent wasn’t wiped out as a result.

she was in a relationship with Ellen Degeneres for a time, the two looked remarkably alike if you see the photo's.

Somebody lost their house and a few seconds earlier could have lost their life, all because she chose to take drugs and drive.
I think had she survived this would of gone to court for an offence.

RH, The charge would have been something like driving under the influence of drugs. Had someone been killed she would have been charged with manslaughter - not murder. An accident is not intentional. If it was it wouldn’t be an accident.
