Nicknamed "The Efficiency Minister" Spent £1,300 of taxpayers money on a trip from London to Wales, in a private hire chauffeur driven limousine. To visit Wrexham AFC .( A true Tory. ) He was probably sprawled out across the rear seat snoozing and dreaming of the top job that .
Don't trust Truss is going to give him in her Kitchen Cabinet.

do you have a link to this fairytale?
No, I'd like a link from the OP as recommended by the site. You see he lives in cloud cuckoo land so I want to be sure that we are discussing the same thing.
Expect TTT’s next post to rubbish MyLondon as some 5C outfit.
Haven't even looked at it hymie me old china.
There are quite a few of you Google 'Rees Mogg Wales trip', geezer.
If I was a Tory minister or indeed any political cabinet minister and had to travel from London to Wrexham, I would go the method with least hassle........chauffeur driven.

I would claim expenses whichever way i went and £1,300 in my opinion is good value. Public transport may well have been on strike ;-)

No big deal.
Spice, //Have you seen the scheme the Gas Companies want to inflict on us. Subsidise the high volume users by spreading their costs among the low/middling users. //

No, I haven't seen that but it sounds odd. Who are the high volume users and how is it supposed to work?

Frankly, I can't see how government subsidies are going to be sustainable - how long can that feasibly continue? More to the point they're never going to be enough to really ease the burden.
^Wrong thread. Can a passing mod remove that please.
