Not at all, I am saying that if you don't back your own opinion then your opinion is worthless. If you are confident of your view then it's not gambling is it? It's a certainty to the holder of that view. So sure is Gulliver that Labour will win next time and the Tories will be out for a generation. He tells us every day, so surely it is reasonable to test his belief in his own opinion.
I am certain that the Tories will provide the PM after the next election and I will back that with my own money. Why won't gulliver do the same for his opinion? We know why.....

Maybe he’ll take your bet?

//I wouldn't be surprised if there is an early GE - maybe next spring when the winter turns out to have been not so bad as the doom-mongers are wishing for.//
Don’t hear anybody wishing for cold weather, astronomic fuel prices and a cost of living crisis.
Lots of prophecy and forecasts though whilst an inept and inactive government stood by and watched it spiralling out of control as the Downing St squatter toured the country for a last few jollies.
Zahawi said he’d been working ‘night and day’ to address what’s going to happen shortly.
Where was the PM? On a beach in Greece.
