As I understand it, what was thought to be a fragment of a jaw bone was somehow exaggerated into being a section of a human skull by some of the media.

Probably a bit of a sheep. The terrain is extremely rugged - rocky, peaty, shrub, marshy and hilly. Very hostile. And covered with sheep.
