There was a time when the word 'Sorry' carried a lot of weight in addressing a misdeed. These days it appears once said, no matter how genuine and remorseful it's delivery, there are those who will use it against you. Continually pointing out your mistake/s and will not rest until you've removed yourself from office.

Little wonder then, people are not very forthcoming with S word. When perhaps had it been said the matter/s would have been resolved.
