Remember the complaints that the eussr was fixated with "rools and regerlations"? They are still "at it". They now want to "regulate" human breast milk! Yep you read that correctly ... the eussr wants to bring human breast milk(any gender you like) under the umbrella of products that fall under jurisdiction of the faceless "crats" who are in charge of monitoring and controlling all “substances of human origin” within the bloc, a category that includes blood, tissues, sperm, human eggs and a wide range of other human-related materials. I don't know where they intend to sell the (it is still just a trade bloc isn't it?) stuff but I am not buying it.
