As is usual it is the male trying to get with the female, it's how evolution steered things, but control should still be applied and not excused for. But the issue can be solved by management ensuring a crew only consists of folk who don't find their colleagues sexually attractive.
I didn't know that women were now allowed on submarines.
The submarines are underwater and away from home for months at a time. There is no reason that woman would be unsuitable for the job.

The males are the problem - they are weak in general. I believe that the issue is the recycled air and the pheromones that women create (unknowingly)
I can't think of a solution apart from castrating all the males who want to be submariners or have crews only of the same sex.
I wonder how other countries deal with this issue.
