The latest opinion poll shows 57% of Brits would now vote to rejoin the EU if a second referendum was called . The shift in opinion is down to the economic consequences of Brexit and the present cost of living situation. The poll suggests the trend will continue, to rejoin the E.U.
And a second referendum has not been ruled out.

Seems people aren't aware that inflation is high all over Europe. . The EU average = ours in uk.
But tge figures for preferences will fluctuate but whatever there's still no chance of another vote before 2030 imo... and I was a remainer but the last thing we need is to g through all that again

Britain needs another referendum Now. You were conned by the Cons With the first one . Immigration has increased. cost of living has increased, cost of fuel has increased ..even the cost of Prime ministers and Chancellors have increased......
Lets get rejoin done.

It'll be interesting to see whether Labour makes a promise to offer another vote in its election manifesto. I doubt keir will make that promise. Polls may show less investment in rejoining if the economy stabilizes

I do think a lot of people make the over simplified leap from ‘we’re out of the EU, the economy is bad, ergo let’s rejoin’ without factoring in COVID and a general world recession.

I suspect if the situation were reversed, and we had voted to remain, opinion polls would show a majority would now vote to leave if asked again.

Yes - because the Brexit movement would have continued campaigning and grown in strength. (cf. Sturgeon & Inndyref2)

I too would be interest to see if Labour offers another referendum, Bob. I won’t hold my breath. I think any wriggling back into the EU will be done surreptitiously - and there are plenty on all sides that would he happy underplay that.
