Ross Kempsell age 30. Charlotte Owen, in her twenties. ...Also a Peerage to David Ross, who funded Johnsons holiday to Mustique in 2020. ..Also Nadine Dorries, Nigel Adams, Alok Sharma, and Alister Jack.

It's a constitutional mess. A sitting MP has to resign their seat when they become a Lord or Baroness. There is no precedent for an MP to 'delay' their accession to the Lords. Once they've been confirmed, then that's that.
However with so many things with the Johnson years...rules are to be broken.

Several have had their honour confirmed but they have to yet taken their seat. Presumably will do when they decide not to stand when the next election is called, and a new candidate is installed.
