Sad to see some folk seem to lack a sense of proportion in these straitened times when you consider how much better the money spent on Court Costs could be used.

Shouldn’t their house deeds decide who owns the bit of land they are arguing over? The house on the left looks as if they have prioritise some garden instead of having a driveway.

A lot of neighbourly disputes are over parking. Petty and pointless. A pair of idiots with no sense and too much money and time on their hands.
It is usually males who go to such lengths, something about territorial behaviour from back in caveman times.

Imagine living with someone like that!
let 'em have at it - the more the merrier!
and there is also this

Mr Garnett the judge heard, had kicked off with an anonymous letter

and one day there was this twit
and it was you
the end

twit was the 'c' word. - and if anyone recognises this style as the same style I use to 'explain' my posts to ignorant stupid and recalcitrant ABers ( any: their names are legion)

I want people (AB and the world) - readers- to know that i had absolutely no knowledge of this dispute until yesterday
A strange case PP.
Some people are just nut jobs who do not understand the law. By not entering a plea, they have prolonged the case, not shortened it. Batty.

how PP has lasted on here for so long is an absolute mystery - the guy is a disgrace
I'm afraid that despite there being many good contributors here I can no longer subscribe to a forum that allows people like PP to fester. I'm out - permanently.
Hope he shut the door as its cold this morning.
oh dear...
I am sorry he has huffed off - I am continually reminded that people see the label PP and yell - "NEXT!"
but that is their right

Half a page on the parking space case in the Times.

My fathers house - there was a door and an arch opening onto a bridge. The owner of the arch thought the whole of the bridge was his !, and if we came out of the door - we mustn't use HIS bridge. So he used to park his car on the path

we ignored it. No we did not 'key' his car - it wd have been rather obvious who did it
hmm - - and he said PP was a twit
and he stormed off the thread. The end

now my dears - here is another case. Fella I was at law school wiv. He made it and I didnt.

the times article is behind a paywall BUT I think they comment - a lawyer who represents himself, has a fool for a client.

AND - golly gosh, the search engine turned out the high court ruling
