If the story is true - she was 15 and the world saw her breasts when she thought it wouldn't - then I can see why it would have caused her some mental trauma. Going to be very hard to prove that though, and if it goes to court I am sure there'll be some lovely stories about her 'character' brought up and she'll wish she never bothered. $4-5 mil payout at most I'd say if they win.

this happened when they were teenagers; if they'd complained at the time nobody would have been interested; directors were thought to be gods who could do what they liked, and many got away with a lot. Look at the way John Landis illegally hired two young children for Twilight Zone and put them in a helicopter; it crashed and they died. He was acquitted.

In those days you had only 10 years to complain. This has recently been greatly extended precisely so people can at last take action and be listened to.
