What Is Your Thought On Fasting?

I work at a restaurant that gives me a free meal every time I work. Would it be a good idea not to eat outside work and the free meal? The most time I have between work is about 45hrs. So my fasting will be more like wet fasting as one can go up to 3 days without food but no more than 24hrs without water. Let me know what you think and what type of fasting I should do. I can alternate between dry and wet fasting if you think that is a good idea, as the least time I have between work is 13hrs. I am thinking of doing this because I would like to lose some weight and become healthier.

But I don't believe we are talking of days at a time though. More a case of most or all of a day on some days. I know there's a diet going around that advises 2 days fast a week. Personally that sounds excessive to me, but there again a few hours fast does too. As for what you choose, that's up to you. If you try it then I think it should be more for health reasons than weight loss. Make sure you get sufficient nutrition whatever you choose.

This schedule means not eating anything after dinner and skipping breakfast...or eating breakfast and lunch within an 8 hour window. Don't go wet or dry...whatever that is. Just stick to proper healthy food.
