From sky news "But as it covers a period when Mr Johnson was in office, he is entitled for his legal costs to be covered by the taxpayer."
Because G has only one topic and most of us I think are sick of it.

15.02 BIW If you told lies to your employer and kept on lying and then you were forced to resign .Would your employer pay for you to take your case before a tribunal to try and get your job back.....Think about it. before you answer.
I thought about it gulliver. Your questions not relevant as thats not what happened, thats just your spin on it
For info Gulliver, am sure youll agree Tony Blair was a good PM overall apart from Iraq war and missleading over WOMD....but what about this

"Think about it. before you answer."

you're getting a bit too big for your boots...

shame you dont take your own medicine and think about posting the same old repetitive garbage non stop and trying to drag the board down to your level...

17.44 Bazwillrun Perhaps even you might like to do a little thinking before you post.
I’ve just read your OP again Gulliver. You’ve asked a series of questions, given the answers and said ‘end of’ so you haven’t posted this for any reason other than to rant.
Gulliver only does grenade posts, he's never debated.
It amazes me that some posters who clearly don't like Gulliver and his posts , still bother to respond .

Why bother responding - why not just ignore ?
Boris has to come out not looking good and his never going to win the trust of the majority. His party can't win an election. But am sure gulliver will still go on and on about him until boris is dead in a ditch as gullivers said before

I have noticed how the relationship has improved with the EU since Boris's departure. I am not surprised after Boris called the French a load of Turds . How juvenile, coming from a supposedly World leader.
how sad to be you...

BIW @18,07 ....Well he did promise, Bob.

Oh dear things are starting to get desperate for the Boris fans now. The dyed in the Blue wool website. Conservative Post ,has launched a campaign to demand the four Tory MPs on the Privileges Commitee who are to question Boris on his lies about Partygate, Step down , warning them that party members will not tolerate this anti Boris trial
Why bother responding - why not just ignore ?
erm can anyone hear the irony klaxon going full blast

why did not Buh-zeel ignore as well

as for naomi's trenchant and cutting aside: he just posts for a rant
hey, Just like anyone else on AB, Naomi !
ter daah - - yeah OK put me down for one standard moddy mimzy warning....
in a stalinist state the lackeys would turn on the leader at the first sign.
Hague ( the times that is!) was pointing out that a lot of the problems today is that the time-expired leaders ( Trump, Boris, Bolsonaro, o god bonga bonga Italian) just WON'T go
Question Author
18,02 Wrong again Naomi.. I used the Term .... "End of" ..as a quote taken from another of your favourite posters on A.B...
" "But as it covers a period when Mr Johnson was in office, he is entitled for his legal costs to be covered by the taxpayer.""

*** in my opinion - You see if he were shop lifting or speeding wd the mandarin say "oh yes yes - the tax payer must defend! " ?

or would he say he is on his own

Paralleled by Trump - is he immune from ALL suit whilst president or only when he is doing presidenty things ?

The rules have always been there, reader ( in my opinion) but their interpretation has been raped ( yes raped!) by dodgy elected crooks ( to wit in my opinion, Trump and Bonkin' Boris)
Jammy Johnson then
even tho his father MIGHT be a knight of the realm
