So it looks like the Met are on their last chance. But just what is last cahnce, what happens if nothing is done you cant just disband the Old Bill even if some lefties think you can.

IMHO the only way forward is to split the Force up, its too big then hopefully the Chiefs can get a grip and drag it into the 21st century.

Oh, and stop the tick boxing (the likes of Dick), employ Coppers that know coppering and are someone the rank and file respect and will follow.
