Seems odd that he had an opportunity to rebut the claim by providing a dna sample, and he failed to do so for 3 years.

I would imagine that the ex-president will be required to supply a DNA sample, but such samples are simple enough to aquire if needed, and I doubt that the court would allow his sample to be used for any other case.

certain evidence can be forced - but then remains specific to the case. Private Eye did this 40 y ago. - got evidence in case 1 that was not usable in case 2.
