I'm looking at my local, nay regional, pubs, Zac. One may have thought one might find decent ales there; but adequate sems about the best on offer.

The only significance of the dolls are in the minds of those who wish to see something unpleasant there, which says more about the mind of the observer than anything else.

Black humour can be ok, but there are times when it is unwise. In this case the individual was crowing about their win in a dispute, which, while understandable, was in poor taste and inevitably invited genuine criticism.
