Not only murdered the poor little mite but tortured him too.

We desperately need to get rid of scum like this. Who in their right mind would want to keep them alive?

I have raised this as a separate thread as TTT has requested his to be removed.

why are people so sure they will be released?
Baby P's mother was released, the Jamie Bulger killers were released, Colin Pitchfork (killed 2 children) was released - that's just a quick check on a few I know of. That's why we think they will be released.
His name was James Bulger.
Just be aware that both, in prison, for this offence will be treated by other prisoners in a really, really bad way. Thank God.
I have given this quite a lot of thought to this and similar situations that I know of and much to my surprise at the depth of my thoughts I would be willing to inflict pain, untreated severe pain, and possibly death on people like this.
If this makes me a bad person then so be it.
I couldn't do them harm or watch them being harmed, but i dont fantasise about commiting violence on the likes of these scumbags. If it happened I wouldnt care a jot.
I do find it a bit odd that some people express horror and distaste over people having violent fantasies but then also support actually executing people lol...

colin pitchfork was out for a few weeks and then went straight back into jail... tracey connolley was indeed released fair enough but i do not think her example is usual and the main reason this happens is because of prison overcrowding
it does not make you a bad person at all lady janine... imagining something is nowhere near the same as doing it

i do not think we should run the penal system based on what we find gratifying though
//the main reason this happens is because of prison overcrowding//

So let's not put them in jail in the first place, or at least only until their execution date!
is that really a good reason to kill someone?
no - the reason to kill them is as punishment for their crime
In my opinion, execution should not be regarded as a punishment, nor as justice or revenge. It is the fail proof method of ridding society of that which presents a danger - which is why we, quite rightly, dispose of dangerous dogs.
fair enough... i think it is always wrong to choose to kill someone
Yep the Saddam shuffle is warranted here.
They should jail the idiot judge/magistrate that decided to give the kid back.

The problem is, being stupid isn't a crime.
So many, many things pee me off about these terrible cases, not least that if the parents won't allow social services in, social services just accept this and don't pursue it and inside a baby/child is being tortured! I have always advocated hanging for baby/child murder and I resolutely stand by this.
I don't know whether either of the parents have family members or friends but if they do then why didn't they notice something was wrong?
