Ed Davey thinks some women "clearly" have a penis.
SKS refused to define a woman, but has now said 1 in 1000 women have a penis.
Only Sunak was prepared to say women do not have penises.
So what we can glean from this is that only Sunak was prepared to confirm an undeniable biological fact...or in other words, only Sunak was prepared to be truthful.

to the strict letter of the law (as it stands), Ed Davey is correct, under the Gender Recognition Act, 2004.

// Having a certificate means you can:
* update your birth or adoption certificate, if it was registered in the UK
* get married or form a civil partnership in your affirmed gender
* update your marriage or civil partnership certificate, if it was registered in the UK
* have your affirmed gender on your death certificate when you die //
with the certificate in your hand, you are legally of your chosen gender. even if, (as per the "who can apply" page from the link), you haven't had re-assignment surgery, or even if you don't intend having such surgery.

so if you vote labour or liberal you know what they think of biological sex, there is none, the majority of the uk voters do not agree with this new ideology, this is all trickling down into schools and childrens education now and into the future, vore for either of the above then you agree with all this trans nonsense.

Indeed. But since gender is now largely a matter of opinion (mainly courtesy of the very legislation you quote) it is somewhat meaningless.
Mr Davey is the latest in a line of somewhat ignoble politicians attempting to get the electorate to accept fiction as fact. I don't have a lot of time for Mr Sunak - I believe that as a Prime Minister he'd make a half decent carpet salesman. But he's the only one of the three main English party leaders to get the answer to this particular question right.
