Not him again. And another birthday for an excuse. Hope the judge sees sense.

It is him again. He again has shown his immaturity and after all this i am afraid because it may all end up with serious egg on his face.

Justice Fancourt, the judge hearing the case, added he was “a little surprised” to learn of Harry’s absence, and said he gave a direction for witnesses to be available the day before their evidence.
Old 'Fanny' Fancourt was getting his ruff up - I daresay there is a Justice Babberley, lurking in the background, well I'm Charley's Aunt!
( Babbling Babberley I dont doubt).
I wdnt go against a judge's direction.
Presumers his lawyer has assured him that he can drone on at £10 000 a day refreshers

Not a good way to start the proceedings. Practically contempt . I wish the proceedings were televised . It has been said on the legal circuit that the medias barrister intends to shred Harry's so called evidence. Apparently one of the whinges of the duke was that a conversation was hacked. It turns out it was a prearranged interview by an accredited journalist that was agreed by the duke. I think a lot of the claims are well past their whinge date and will not be heard.
It doesn't look good on his CV. I don't expect the U.S. court will let him get away with a sudden family birthday attendance back here when he should be attending his own case yet to be heard.
It was Harry who instigated these proceedings against the Mirror Group and he should have the courtesy to attend at the direction of the Judge at the kick off and remain until the final whistle.
