Questions About Canada Border Security Agency Officer
1 Answers
I would like to inquire about the working conditions for the Canada Border Services Officer. Firstly, how are the working hours generally arranged, 8 hours shift from morning? or 10 hours shift over-night? Is there a requirement for night shifts? Secondly, is it necessary to start working in a remote location for the first one or two years, or is it possible to work directly in Calgary, where my wife and child live? If one must go to a remote location, would the accommodation expenses be covered by the individual? Additionally, after working for one or two years, is it possible to transfer back to Calgary, where my wife and child reside? Thirdly, is there any downtime during work? Would there be time to use personal phones and computers? Currently, my son is currently four years old and attends kindergarten, and my wife has a job in Calgary. We may have a second child next year, and we already own a house in Calgary.
