As I have read it a man (the TV presenter) chatted with a woman in her 20s and asked to meet. He asked her to be discreet and not tell anyone.
Woman then hinted about him on a public forum and threatened to identify him.

So far, nothing illegal, perverted, untoward.

The TV presenter sent threatening messages. That's the bit that is wrong, if true. Still not perverted.
