Exciting for whom?. The people who take care of the coffers?

PP rude my sweet ?
nothing to compare to "With his money-grabbing schemes -" whoever wrote THAT !
Two none stories for the price of one.

Corbyn hasn’t said he is standing. The Khan likes road pricing but the technology is a long way off.

So just a thread for you to post how you dislike both gentlemen.
Question Author
Gromit, I haven't claimed he said he's standing, but you're right in one respect. I do dislike both.
//So just a thread for you to post how you dislike both gentlemen.//

Well gromit. If that's what you think then Naomi is not alone. No sane person would like them or there warped ideals.
It's true that Boris did introduce ULEZ, but only in the very centre
To be fair to Gromit, every time the chuckle brothers post a non story thread about Boris or the Tories...he pulls them up.

Retrocop,
// No sane person would like them or there warped ideals. //

Over a million Londoners went out and elected Khan in 2016 and then again in 2021.
Question Author
I wonder if, now it's costing them dearly, they'll do again?
13.15. True
Question Author
Anneasquith, wrong thread? I can't see a post at 13.15.
Just looked at who the Conservatives have selected as a candidate.

Another duffer by the looks of it.
//Over a million Londoners went out and elected Khan in 2016 and then again in 2021.//

He hadn't announced he was expanding ULEZ to the home counties and expanding London to 600 sq. miles in 2016.Singing from a different hymn sheet now and it won't wash. Uxbridge proved that two weeks ago.
//Another duffer by the looks of it.//

We will see who is the duffer. She vowed to overturn the ULEZ expansion on her first day in office should she win. She is not that stupid to see which way the wind is lying in London and can read the mood.
Oops. 13.59 .
// and can read the mood. //

Hall who tweeted her joy at the Truss/Kwarteng disastrous mini budget that crashed our economy and led to world investors ditching the pound?
Decent mayor ?! There are no decent political mayors, or at least we've not discovered one yet, nor do we expect to find one in the future. The role should be abolished nationwide.
Aye,hes nae shy this Mr Corbyn. An IRA terrorist apologist,a PLO terrorist apologist.Basically an anti-semitic heid-banger as we say up here in Scotland.
Question Author
Bet Gromit and anneasquith would find plenty to complain about if these two were Conservatives.

Peter Pedant, I wrote it and they are money-grabbing schemes.
It's plainly obvious Saddo's ULEZ scheme is nothing about health. It's a massive cash cow for Sadiq and his cronies. He must think Londoners are fools. If they want to get real about the health of Londoners perhaps they can crack down on the stabbings and knife violence which happen with sickening regularity. That is something all of us would get behind and support. But that won't happen while this odious little man is allowed to continue his reign of havoc. As for the bearded commie grandpa, that would be the final nail in London's coffin.
Imagine that London had another terror attack with Jeremy Corbyn as mayor- he'd be laying wreaths for the terrorists. In 2019 he used the London Bridge Islamic terror attack as an excuse to speak out against the "Israeli far right". Pity help us all.
