Gully I don't blame Labour, I blame the 5C, the hand wringing trobiscites, the liberal lawyers obstructing everything, people like you and gromit moaning about the problem and then poo pooing any attempts at a fix. Mostly though I blame us "Tories", we should change the law until we can repel our borders and it is unchallengeable. We should create our own HR act based on common sense and leave the disastrous ECHR. At the moment, anything we do is stymied by our own laws etc.
