I can't see a pledge to solve more crimes can be particularly believable. One can not accurately predict whether something gets solved or not.

Now promising to properly investigate all reported crime and do their job for a change might be believable, maybe. Promusing more police presence on the beat detering antisocial behavior snd the like would be welcome too. As could be a promise to prioritise proper crime, and leave the woke nonsense at the bottom of the priority list; but that's probably hoping for too much.
