Racism exists across the board, and always will I suspect as bascially it is tribalism.

But the liberal left will never accept that white (and Orange) man bad.

they need someone to blame sounds familiar, the anc have been in power a long time now, what have thye actually done to help s.africa beside lining there own pockets, its endemic in most african countries, they wont take responsibility for there own misery, as the one fellow said things were better under  apartheid, the law was the law he said, but it was white run.

If the native culture doesn't change then you see no continuation of the competent management beforehand, but instead a slide back to power groups vying to gather most wealth for themselves and disregarding responsibilities to the people. Lack of experience doesn't help either. Not that all nations outside of Africa strive to be best either. Plenty of despots in some continents. (And those nations you see as being at the top of ability to govern seem to still have politicians first interested in themselves,  and then keeping in with global groups demands at any cost.)
