If you're a Twitter user, would you pay for it?  I have an account but have never posted on there and rarely read it so it's a 'no' from me.

No, definitely not.

Certainly not. I still have the old logo on my phone, having refused to update the app since Twitter was rebranded by the goon.

If he did that people would leave very quickly. Mastodon and Threads are two alternative platforms: I have already set myself up on each just in case :-)

No

The new branding does nothing whatsoever for his product - in my opinion.  I can't imagine what possessed him to change something that's internationally recognisable for something that means nothing at all really.

No, I'd just find a different but similar platform

He's long been obsessed with the letter X.

His space exploration company is Space x.

happy to say never used Twitface etc. Probably never will now!

One of his children is X Æ A-Xii Musk

Twitter is an excellent source for news updates, if you don't want all the gunge - which honestly is easy to avoid.

Police, motorway traffic updates, sportsflashes, etc etc

I agree ichkeria - amazing to see it vilified by folk who've never used it.

Another child was called Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, but this was changed to Y.

No

Hopkirk, but we all still call it Twitter - and the media refer to it as X, formerly known as Twitter.  A bit like 'squiggle' - formerly known as Prince.  :o)

I do use it, but I wouldn't pay for it.

I have no account and only access it for links on AB.

Never used it. Never will.

Call me Dave was maybe on to something. 😀

Twitter is considering the possibility of implementing a subscription-based model that could include premium features and content for paying users.

There already is a premium service.

It will be a No from me. I really like(d) it but since he took over it seems to be much more disjointed. The people who use it as a business account must be shaking their heads.
