Housing undocumented, unchecked, fit and healthy young men in large groups in repurposed hotels near you but not, of course, in the leafier parts of more affluent areas.

We have a former hotel in our seaside town, situated in a "leafier more affluent area", recently closed down to the hotel trade, and turned into  a hostel for large numbers of these fit, healthy young men, no women or children in sight.  

Any trouble so far seems to have been started by local youths spoiling for a fight.
