My route to the parade begins when I arrive at Stanmore tube station and park up, then tube into Charing Cross. As Stanmore is known for its' Jewish community, and there have been rumblings about demos, I'm wondering if it will be ok to make this journey. At the moment, I will still be going, but I'm just wondering about things. What do you think?

Oh really?   Well however they do it they do it well.   They all do this country proud.

Let's hope the anti-jewish crowd don't beat any poppy sellers up this weekend.

Oh no!  Poor man.  That really is absolutely disgraceful.

This is not Nazi Germany in 1939, this is Scotland in 2023.  What a sad, sad world.

This is frightening.

Despicable

Thanks Ed but I don't think it started out as News, just chat.

the march on november 11th is starting in hyde park at 12:30 and then going south to vauxhall. it's not going anywhere near the cenotaph. you will be fine.

Perhaps they can keep going south until they get to Ramallah.

Please dont be intimidated into not attending Remembrance Day parades. If the parade is important to you, go on it.

As I understand it the Gaza marches are taking place on Saturday not Sunday
