I fail to see where my contribution ‘backs up’ what countrylover posted.

My point was that some people on here believe they can recognise an extremist when they encounter one – at least from a distance via a news thread anyway – it says nothing about ‘backing up’ – it doesn’t refer to what countrylover said at all.
