where have i said that life is good in south africa? i just think that its problems should not be used to justify white supremacy.

^ They probably want  a safe place to go to.  I remember swimming in the sea in Mauritius and got talking to a SA man who said he was in MRU, looking for a bolt hole for when living in SA became unstastainable.  To think that the first time I went there (late 90s) I took myself off to God knows where on my own in a hire car.  It was dangerous then, but not half as dangerous as it is now

And I used to ride horses there (with the Zulu guys)  We used to ride around rural areas and every house had bars at the windows, 10 ft high fences with ADT signs on them, guard dogs that would come out and bark at us.  SA (parts of it, Cape Town, not JoBurg) was beautiful.  Lovely climate,  lovely food but it's not somewhere I would ever go to now
