A six-year-old girl who went missing in Gaza City last month has been found dead, along with several of her relatives and two paramedics who tried to save her.

Hind Rajab was fleeing the city with her aunt, uncle and three cousins when the car they were travelling in appears to have come face to face with Israeli tanks, and come under fire.

Audio recordings of calls between Hind and emergency call operators suggest that the six-year-old was the only one left alive in the car, hiding from Israeli forces among the bodies of her relatives.

Her pleas for someone to rescue her ended when the phone line was cut amid the sound of more gunfire.

Paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) managed on Saturday to reach the area, which had previously been closed off as an active combat zone. 

They found the black Kia car Hind had been travelling in - its windscreen and dashboard smashed to pieces, bullet holes scattered across the side.

One paramedic told journalists that Hind was among the six bodies found inside the car, all of which showed signs of gunfire and shelling. //

Sounds like an atrocity to me ?
But I am sure some will try to justify it ☹️

Like others have said, kill as many Hamas lunatics as you like Israel, no argument there, but what Hamas did doesn't give you carte blanche to commit war crimes against innocents. 

 

If Israel want to be the good guys here, then they need to be better than this.

This all originates from the Hamas terrorists attack on the 7th October.If the Hamas terrorists had just stayed in their beds that day,then quite a few people who are dead now would still be alive.Blame the Hamas terrorists first,not the Jews.

I have supported the eradication of Hamas from the start, but unless that little girl was a suspected Hamas member, it doesn't excuse her killing. The way some in Israel are behaving, it's starting to be a little difficult to tell who the good guys are.

They're not alone in that Ynna. They have plenty of blood on their hands. If we're not careful, Netanyahu will be using that as an excuse to irradicate all Gazans, whether Hamas or not.

then why are the IDF also killing children in the west bank? just last month they shot a four year old girl in the back.

So in your mind, the fact that Hamas "started it on October 7th" means that Israel have a right to commit any atrocity they want in Gaza without criticism or condemnation?

they did indeed ynna and that was an abominable thing to do. why should it be wrong for hamas to  do it and ok for the IDF to do it? or does killing children also count as "revenge of the jewish people" as you said on another thread?

Was it not the case at one time that every Israeli citizen is a front line soldier? Anyway, the Israelis won't have any concerns about the loss of another Arab/Palestinian life, even if it was a child. They want to wipe Gaza, Hamas and all arabs off the map.

what a sick post ynna... these are real children being killed by israeli forces some of which were in the west bank which has nothing to do with hamas..  and you cannot bring yourself to say it is wrong because you have painted yourself into a corner with your unconditional support for israel... you have defended genocide as "revenge" and the murder of children as some kind of acceptable tit for tat... you are every bit as bad as those who make apologies for hamas

I wonder had things worked out the other way round, had Israel carried out an Oct 7 style atrocity in Gaza, and it was an innocent Israeli child lying murdered, people would be so quick to say "so what, they started it"?
