It needs to be taken out of the Post Offices hands, but that of course is easier said than done.

Lets not forget of course some Postmasters may well be guilty of theft it did happen prior to Horizon so it cant just be swept away.

Hacing said that though with a half decent application it should be easy to see the guilty from the innocent. Or even just hand the data to someone who can write something half decent to analyse it.
