What Hope For Justice?
A judge who decided to let three women wearing parachute images at a pro-Palestine march walk free admitted to liking a social media post branding Israel a 'terrorist' is facing calls to be investigated for a conflict of interest after he liked a LinkedIn post calling for a 'free Palestine ' by a barrister who had previously promoted conspiracy theories claiming that Israel allowed the October 7 attack.
The senior district judge admitted to liking the post 'by mistake' three weeks ago, but was told by the Judicial Office that the matter would not be investigated further.
His name is Tanweer Ikram.

Worth repeating
Heba AlHayek came to the UK from Gaza, her reason was the fear of persecution from Hamas.
Just saying.
So a Muslim fleas her homeland to escape the persecution of her fellow Muslims.
She then gets convicted of showing support for a terrorist group but escapes a prison sentence because a Muslim judge who didn't want to punish her.
That's where we are.
Just saying.
barrister who had previously promoted conspiracy theories claiming that Israel allowed the October 7 attack.

is he a judge or a magistrate?
judges are advised to recuse themselves if there is a suspicion they cd be influenced - - unlike us, where there is a fact that touches on influence
this cd be appealed
two other cases
twoother recent cxases
Mark Rowley the useless head of London police, said too many PC were getting away with it - and wasinvited to recuse himself from disciplinary tribunals
and Mr Bates v Post Office - judgie baby was invited to recuse himself ( "the recusal case") for cases 4,5,6 as a result of things he said in cases 1 and 2. He said no
( actually he put his bicorn hat crossways and popped his eyes and shouted " recuse? recuse?" - refused and the Post Office lawyers whispered - oops we have torn it this time)
I am sure this is appealable
what? the first biassed judge popped up a few days ago

and that is only mad judges NORRRRRTH of the border !
It would appear that the H.O. are now reassessing one's refugee status. The one who allegedly fled Gaza because she allegedly criticised Hamas. Now she is here she supports them.!!!! I hope she is declared a bogus claimant, like thousands of others, and left to the mercy of Hamas. Of course she is probably a 5th column Hamas sleeper with aspirations to be a Mayor.
