Probably useless info:

they have also got the crest wrong - they have Harry's 'Prince' label with five points but it should be three now being the son of the King. The coronet is the wrong one - it was correct pre 2018 as a son of the heir apparent. Now it should have three crosses patée, not one, two fleur-de-lys and no strawberry leaves., whereas it had two. Thirdly, it doesn't properly reflect a conjugal coat of arms where his and hers come together as, surprise, surprise, the authorities haven't granted the right to one.

@16.56.Methinks the best response to this DTC would be-"Jesus wept"...or"Christ on a bike"....

Question Author

I read that, DTC.  They're not supposed to use a royal crest so perhaps they got it wrong on purpose.  The Americans will never know the difference.

think I'll get one (i.e. make it up)

Is it a case of him milking it, or is it more a case of the usual bunch who loathe Harry and Meghan taking the opportunity to take a dump on him. His father has cancer, he answered a question asked him, and has kept quiet about the nature of the King's condituion/treatment etc.

As is usual here for all things Harry, a nasty post.

Who knows what the future holds for the king.  We can only hope that all the family rally round, make amends, and offer all the support they can.

Question Author

He's a nasty man, mozz.

You don't know him Naomi. You've formed an opinion from what you've been led to believe by a media who have never been his greatest fan. He may well be nasty, but so are those using the king's illness to bash him over the head.

What would you have preferred him to do? Stay away? I'm sure you wouldn't have started a "Harry shuns ill King Charles" thread of that happened.

//What would you have preferred him to do? Stay away?//

Yes - as it happens. The whole fiasco was a complete waste of time and money.

17:33

As I said Dave, that would've started a completely different rant from the usual lot. He's damned either way.

Question Author

No, mozz.  I haven't formed an opinion from media reports.  I've heard him - and her - speak - and in repeated efforts to present themselves as victims they've  taken every opportunity to trash his family.  They should be ashamed of themselves.  The royals might not be everyone's cup of tea but they don't deserve what that awful pair have put them through.  It's my belief that they're now trying to worm their way back into the fold.  Funny  that just when money sources in LA are becoming thinner on the ground.  Ghastly people.  I wouldn't want them in my family.

Any serious illness of an elderly relative, particularly a guardian or parent, always spurs younger family members to wish for "closer" contact. Particularly when there is a will of some worth to be considered. Grasping little creep.   ...   and him.

BTW who or what is R referred to @1522?
REX maybe

Closer to the Will, hopes Harry.

Also the crest is reported to be wrong as the number of feathers should have been increased now that Charles is King

Harry was acknowledged as educationally challenged and not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He could barely pass his A level Art without extra cramming  and err help from his art teacher. His qualifications when leaving school would not qualify him to be a senior NCO Loadmaster on a chinoook helicopter let alone pilot it. This over priveleged and under educated brat was afforded multi-million training to fly a state of the art multi million helicopter gun platform to much fanfare in Afghan when real army personell did not talk of the men they killed in combat. On return to blighty he was posted to RAF Wattisham which is a base in Suffolk jointly shared with the Army Air Corps of which Sussex was a member. A random drug testing regime was visited upon the base by military Police and the base was under armed lockdown whereby absolutely no one from Station Commnder to leading aircraftman/woman is excused and must remain on base until all have provided a urine sample. Sussex claimed he was required on 'urgent palace business' and was whisked off base by his Royalty Protection Team. Military protocol dictates that you take a urine test as soon as practicable if you are elsewhere off base when the lockdown has been insituted. Sussex never presented himself for a test whilst at a palace in London thouigh a royal physician could have been drummed up in minutes to supervise a urine test. The Regimental Segeant Mavor AAC i/c discipline on the base said this treatment of Sussex was unprecentated and the rest of the base complement who had to be locked down where less than happyof this obvious special treatment. It was no coincidence  that after dodging his responsibilities and setting an example to the men who served with him he never set foot in a military helicopter and er left the Army Air Corps as a very undeserving but overpriveleged ex  pilot. This idiot later boasted of his recreational drug use including hallucinatory drugs in his poisonous tome (Spare). No doubt he will play on his royal connections to attempt to get US citizenship. He should be barred immeidiately as it it is suspected he did not disclose his drug abuse when applying for his entry visa.

For the benefit of annie asquith,if her 1522 was addressed to me as R, This is what I am accusing Sussex of.

In my opinion, the only reason Harry flew to see his Father was because his next engagement was in Las Vegas and if he hadn't come here, people would be saying how come he can go to Las Vegas and not come to see his father?

"Any illness, any sickness, brings families together," he said.''

Do you think they have just completely forgotten about her Father?

"Son visits father after cancer diagnosis" is by far the most ridiculous thing I've seem people get in a tizz over.

Such bitterness and acrimony from AB folk. Walk a mile in their shoes....

you will then be a mile away with their shoes.

Ebay would be interested.
