I'm well aware of some of the things people do in their own homes, one daughter was an A&E doctor for years some of the things she told about were stunning.  All slipped whilst wearing a loose fitting robe etc.  She also worked in an A&E in Sidney (Aus) and apparently things were much the same there.

I'm all for anyone doing what they want amongst consenting adults but in a public park with a water fountain its beyond disgusting

sounds good. if he had done that here then they would outsource the job to a private company (coincidentally owned by someone in the Party natch) who would then have simply wiped the tap down with a Kleenex and trousered the rest of their £3 million fee.
