The result will be, instead of the poor & basket-case counties of the world raising themselves up by their own efforts, as has been done by the West. They by infiltration will drag us down to their level so the world becomes one great homogenous s-hole. 

A small example is to be seen in the Middle East where the Israelis have turned their barren land into I thriving Democratic country and the Arabs stagnate in squalor firing rockets at them and whining.

You probably don't want to exchange folk capable of studying for degrees with Rwandans with issues. (Well, that's if they are capable of studing for a decent, rather than tin-pot, degree. University seems no longer to be a resource for the academically gifted these days but a Blair suppied right of passage to choose either to make something of your future career opportunities, or else take a few years off to enjoy yourself and build up debt you probably won't ever be eligible to repay.)
