Not jailed.

I'm off to scratch my head and ponder the current madness of the world I'm living in.

Where did you get that information from?

Can't find a link for it !!

Who?

When you come back from scratching your head, give us a clue who you're talking about.

He was only charged earlier this year.  There is nothing to indicate that he has been tried since then.

possession of a bladed article- may not merit gaol

very odd, so one has to kill someone first err after the fact, thats barmy.

Sentencing due 8th May but can't find any references to it

More info on the incident Police charge 34-year-old man after 'knifeman threatened Jewish shoppers and staff at Golders Green… https://mol.im/a/13024283 via https://dailym.ai/android

If he was remanded in custody after pleading guilty at the end of February, he may already have been in jail for 3 months by the time he was sentenced. Only speculating!

Much as I detest GB News, this video content does add to some of what's above.  (Scroll to 3 mins 40 secs for the actual sentence):

Reports show he pled guilty at Harrow Crown Court and was due to be sentenced there in May.

However, that court has been shut since August after reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) was discovered and it might not re-open until 2025.

I don't know if cases are being held elsewhere and they're being treated as being Harrow Crown Court cases.
