He says he's not going to change council tax bans he didn't say he's not going to increase council tax. Great of course for those on benefits that don't don't pay anything, labour's client state.

There was a Labour "spokesman" on Nick Ferrari yesterday. He was asked five time a simple question: "Do you propose increasing Council tax"?

Five times this creep repeated the same answer: "We have said there will be no increases in income tax, national insurance, corporation tax...", and a couple of others. No mention of Council Tax.

So that's a "yes" then.

They will just raise all taxes anyway, under the guise of "Look at the mess we have been left" - Just like all incoming Governments do.

Highly unlikely under a Labour Government, but if they did yes we would all be rolling in cash.  Huge wastes in Government departments, quango's etc.
