Of course it is, Sandy. But it is quite clear that membership of teh Single Market requires FoM. There i no way the EU will accept anything else and nor should they. heir club, their rules. The answer to any country who does not like the rules to leave.
The danger is that the country will once again be bamboozled by politicians who will suggest we can have the good bits witthout the bad bits. We can't.
And they would want a lot of other things like join the EUR, massive payments and move London Finance to FFT so its unlikely to happen since SKS and his cohorts will need every penny they raise to spend on thier projects not what the EU tell them.
Have to see what Sir Shify does though, never say never.
