He's been spending alot of time in America. Does anyone know if he's visited Clacton since the election?

Admittedly it's not an entirely neutral source but this suggests that not all of his constituents are entirely happy with him at present:

Yes

To cite 'Yes Minister', yes he has visited Clacton, or yes you do know if he has visited Clacton?

Yes to both.

I don't even know if my MP has visited us here - why would I be concerned about NF's itinerary?

E-mails are often dealt with by staff so I'm unsure why his constituents aren't receiving a reply. (They did check the spam folder didn't they ?)

Furthering his own interests, or concentrating on our nation's interests ? Each MP decides for themselves how much of their time to allocate to each task. And party leaders do have more on their plate than others.

He was in America when the Southport atrocity took place. He immediately flew home and spent the day on social media spreading disinformation. And he inadvertently forgot to attend parliament.

The answer to your question is yes.

I'm not concerned either. Just curious.

Why arent you curious about the other 600 odd MP's I wonder?

He must be a fan.

Farage is a special case. He's always in the news, has tried multiple times to get elected, so I wondered how he was getting on.

When he represented a constituency in Europe what did those who voted for him think of his efforts on their behalf?

I would have thought that they would think he did rather well given he succeeded in following through his stated aim.

More than most politicians do and certain 100% more than 2STK and Robber Reeves.

Aghh fat finger syndrome and no edit.

2TSK and just to reduce confusion #twotierkier.

"When he represented a constituency in Europe what did those who voted for him think of his efforts on their behalf?"

Voters did not get the opportunity to vote for individuals in elections for MEPs. Instead, in England, Wales and Scotland, MEPs were elected by proportional representation. Voters voted for parties and each party was allocated seats in proportion to the number of votes they polled.

The fact that he served in the European Parliament for twenty years from 1999, he must have been reasonably popular. In 2014, UKIP, which Mr Farage led was the most successful party overall, winning 24 seats and 27% of the popular vote. This was the first time a political party other than the Labour Party or Conservative Party had won the popular vote at a British election since the 1906 general election,
