1. Prevention not cure. Already today's teen are fuelling an obesity epidemic. Turning that around will take decades not 1 or 2 parliaments.
2. More technology. Massive costs, massive failures (Horizon anyone?)
3. More community care. Funded by? Staffed by?

TBF the PM has a point. Money is not the issue. The NHS has the same problem that all public sector operations have. Too many empire building administrators and the overriding attitude that the job exists for the wroker to have a job, the function of that job is secondary. There must be vast savings to be had in the day to day running and he's right to say it will take 10 years. Credit where it's due.
