There is a learning curve still but for certain individuals it appears to be one that is downward.

It doesn't matter. Israel will never defeat Hamas. The more attacks that Israel carries out, the more emboldened the arabs will become. 

In years to come,  Israels' long range missiles will be targetting the UK, because the  asian immigrant population will rapidly outgrow the British and therefore be on the radar of  the Israeli military.
