YMB: I guess they reckon they're comfortably off (although they never seem to stop trying to get richer) and so they should be - they do work hard.

Having and bragging about owning a jag 😉

What about owning an Audi Q8 Mozz?

Depends Ynna. Do you drive it around your estate in a wax coat and hunting boots?

Ah yes, wealth creates wealth; the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The rich getting richer doesn't make the poor poorer, hymie.  Without the rich the poor would be poorer because the rich create the jobs.  Chase the rich away abd with them goes prosperity for all.

At one time many moons ago wealth did generate wealth, thats no longer the case, it generates greed and also abuse of labour in the form of poor wages. A good example would be to take any medium to large town in the UK especially the larger shopping centres and you would be hard pressed to find a family run/ one man band retailer in any of them. They are all owned by wealthy companies, the latter being the only ones being able to pay the high rents because they dominate the market. To be able to dominate or corner any market reduces compition and this in turn enables them to hold or increase prices as they wish. Lack of compition in the market place is, and has always been bad news for the customer. Take Dyson hoovers for another example, greed again, built his company up in the UK, then moved overseas for even more cheaper labour. So wealth no longer generates wealth in my view.
