I must be having a bad day, but I don't see the connection between dogs and racism

oh, muslims dont keep dogs ( no ! no ! I dont wantto discuss that), and a decent portion of afro-caribbeans are afraid of dogs - xc the congolese ( which er is not part of the caribbean)
