Agreements with France were expensive and ineffective. One will have to wait and see about this one.

cost's yep, window dressing to allay public anger as well, need agreements with all the other muslim countries as well, seems that's where most are coming from, but i digress there human rights do not come up to eu standards let alone there prisons, so no one is going anywhere, oh and african countries.
