I was making a cup of tea at that time- -deffo breach of fiduciary duty and wd have to pay it back - BUT most of it had gone up her nose.

(this kind of occurred in my family -  very messy- people look at  joint account and say 'oo half of this is  mine;)

I didn't see the programme but, if she's appeared in court, the case must have mysteriously been missed by any newspaper's website.

She got 24 months suspended for 2 years.  Suppose she's no risk to the public or her uncle now,  just a pathetic person and not worth sending to prison.  She's lost her job and any respect she had in the community.   I just hope her uncle got his new chair
