Thinking of upgrading my Nokia 6630 to a Motorola V3X just wondering if the Motorola is a decent phone in comparison to the Nokia. Also if anyone can suggest any alternatives to the Motorola I'd be very grateful.
I have the normal v3 and i know it is not as good as the v3x but i would never buy a motorola again. Compared to nokias they are basic and get boring after the first week! I highly recommend sony ericsson phones as the specs on them are wicked! So much better than motorola who seem to concerntrate on looks and gimmicks instead of functions like nokia sony and samsung do. I loved my sony k700i and would reccommend the updated version of this phone as im sure there is one!!
I agree with jammiedodger, I have the Motorola V3 and it was my first Motorola and will definately be my last. The camera is rubbish and the menus are not very user friendly, I wish I'd have kept my old Samsung E700!
Depends on what you want your phone for. Personally I never use the camera, and don't access internet on mobile. I use it purely for phone calls and the odd SMS. I've had no problems, after the intial month it took to get used to the phone it's been brillaint.
I now struggle to use my wifes Nokia phone (until I bought the Razr I've always had Nokia) - I suppsoe it's what you get used to.
